In 2021, Our engineers and product development groups worked tirelessly to introduce new functionality that better supports your practice, including telehealth integrations with industry leading partners. We worked closely with business partners across the enterprise to modernize VSP ordering and claims submission platforms, and we have made great strides in streamlining our onboarding process. We continued to offer virtual education courses and began thinking about a future with both destination and virtual environments. And as always, our customer care team maintained high levels of exemplary service.
