We had a great time at FOCUS 2011 on Tuesday. Practice managers and decision makers from independent eyecare businesses from around the United States attended the full day event. Dr. Michelli presented on how to create a custom and branded patient experience and why this is growing increasingly important in the age of social media.

  • Update your bookmarks: Be sure to update your bookmark to our new URL–eyevantage.biz. You should be redirected from our old site to our new site, we don’t want you to miss a beat during this transition.
  • Username and password: There are no changes to your username and password. Simply use the same login information you were using with Business Essentials.
  • Unlimited access: You can access eyeVantage anytime you want, 24/7—it’s complimentary as part of your OfficeMate® annual software maintenance agreement.

We’re always actively looking for new and worthwhile training lessons and welcome your feedback and ideas. We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas for new lessons in the Forum section under “eyeVantage Lessons.”

MODO Eyewear now available through Eyefinity’s eBuy

MODO Eyewear is now available to order through eBuy. Users can browse the frame catalog to pick from eight of MODO’s eyewear brands, including MODO, Eco, Baby Phat, Phat Farm, 7 For All Mankind, Derek Lam, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Jason Wu.

Additionally, Eyefinity eBuy customers can “go green” with MODO’s Eco collection. Eco (Earth Conscious Optics) is the first eyewear collection made entirely of recycled materials. For every Eco frame ordered, MODO will donate one new tree to “Trees for the Future,” a non-profit organization dedicated to helping communities around the world plant trees.

Eyecare professionals can easily set up a new MODO account by logging on to eyefinity.com and clicking the eBuy tab. From ‘Browse Product Catalogs’ simply select MODO from the drop-down menu and click GO. On the MODO Collections page, click New Account Inquiry to fill out and submit the online form. Eyecare professionals that already have a MODO account can log in and find their account information already pre-populated and ready to accept orders.
